Core Founders

Tasia Richards

Core Member Project Manager

Tasia is a digital and social media specialist with six years of experience in communications and marketing teams, implementing digital marketing campaigns, and managing social media platforms. A graphic artist who is also data-driven, Tasia is always thinking of the five Ws of her projects (the who, what, where, when, and why), and how her work makes an impact on the return of investment and search engine optimization. Tasia worked with analytics to measure the growth and success of her campaigns. In previous roles, she contributed to raising awareness for organizations through digital communications, including compiling newsletters facing external stakeholders. Tasia is an organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented team player who contributes a strong understanding of social media awareness and extensive experience in communications and media relations. Tasia lives in the Greater Toronto Area, where she enjoys jogging, listening to music, and spending time with her family.


Anada Treleven

Core Member Project Manager

Anada is managing the Equity Conference and Wellness Fair in addition to managing the Project.

She has been working in the child welfare system for over 10 years in a variety of different roles. She is currently working with Children’s Aid Society. She has previously worked in group homes; worked with foster parents; youth and families. She currently runs a young girls program called “Young Queens” for girls ages 8-12 years old.

Anada

Nicole Perryman

Core Member Project Manager

Nicole is managing the content development and capacity building for Kujenga Wellness Project. She is the owner and founder of Ifarda: Centre for Excellence which is a non for profit organization that provides community mentorship, support groups, and elder programs, and the Clinical Director of Aset Group Consulting and Counselling Services which provides psychotherapy to adults, youth, children, families, and couples.

Nicole is a Social Worker and Psychotherapist, and specializes in Black mental health, trauma, play therapy, and family reunification. She is currently a part-time professor at a local college and a custody/access assessor.
